Why can’t women put on mascara with their mouth closed?

To the person asking this, if you’re a guy, you’re not gonna understand women ever, so stop. If you’re a girl, I dont understand why you’re asking this. I’m sure it has some other meaning and its got to do with your emotions, in one way or another.
